WHAT ARE HER CAPABILITIES
BE-A is a fully capable receptionist. She handles bookings, guest requests, and day-to-day communication – via e-mail, WhatsApp, voice, and very soon she will meet you face-to-face. She speaks over 100 languages fluently. She works 24/7, without breaks, turnover, or training costs.

FLAE Robotics was founded by Filip Linek, an entrepreneur with years of experience in the hospitality industry. His goal was to harness modern technology to streamline operations and improve service quality in the hotel sector.
The company focuses on using artificial intelligence to automate processes and enhance the guest experience — including the development of a humanoid receptionist.
The company’s technological leadership is driven by co-founder Lukáš Korous, PhD, an AI expert with a background at McKinsey. He leads a top-tier development team specializing in AI and data science.
