BE-A is for all hoteliers looking to streamline front desk operations and save 20–50 % on staffing costs. For those who realize that without a significant change, there soon won’t be any capable people left to work in their hotels. And for everyone who’s not satisfied with self-service kiosks and hotels appearing as empty buildings without atmosphere.
WHAT ARE HER CAPABILITIES
BE-A is a fully capable receptionist. She handles bookings, guest requests, and day-to-day communication – via e-mail, WhatsApp, voice, and very soon she will meet you face-to-face. She speaks over 100 languages fluently. She works 24/7, without breaks, turnover, or training costs.

FLAE Robotics was founded by Filip Linek, who has a wealth of experience in the hotel industry. He co-owns and manages the successful PECR hotel complex.
The leading IT company Profinit is a key partner in the project and is responsible for the technical development of products. The company is known for its approach to innovation and tailor-made solutions that ensure high efficiency and security. Its most talented AI and data science developers are working on the project.
